유니티, 듀코젠과 온라인 교육 플랫폼 개발 위한 파트너십 체결

유니티코리아는 한국과 덴마크가 합작한 에듀테크 기업 듀코젠과 글로벌 온라인 교육 프로그램인 ALP(Unity Authorized Learning Partners) 계약을 맺고 포괄적 업무협약을 체결했다.
유니티와 듀코젠은 전략적 파트너로서 온라인 교육 플랫폼 개발에 적극 협력한다. 유니티 공인 러닝 파트너 프로그램인 ALP는 유니티와 협력해 학습 콘텐츠를 공동 개발하는 최상위 기업 교육 파트너십 프로그램이다. 아시아에서는 듀코젠이 파트너십을 체결한 최초 기업이다.
양사는 이번 협약을 통해 유니티 엔진을 활용한 교육 플랫폼을 개발하고 유니티를 이용한 개발 과정을 체계적으로 학습할 수 있는 온라인 교육 서비스를 제공한다.
향후 유니티 엔진을 활용한 코딩 교육, 대학생 및 일반인을 위한 2D3D게임교육, 현업 종사자를 위한 VR·AR 교육, 취업 준비생을 위한 유니티 공인자격증 취득 과정을 제공할 예정이다.
유니티 엔진을 활용한 초·중·고등학생을 위한 온라인 코딩 관련 교육 프로그램 개발에도 적극 협력한다. 유니티는 듀코젠과 VR, AR, AI를 활용해 미래 4차산업 관련한 유망 분야 교육 과정을 공동 기획하는 한편 외부 교육 사업 수주도 적극 지원할 계획이다.

Launchcup 2017 Final Competition에서 대상 수상

듀코젠은 지난 2017년 12월 2일 코엑스에서 진행되는 론치컵 파이널에서 스타트업 부분 대상을 수상하였다. 론치컵은 르호봇에서 매년 개최하는 창업투자 경진대회로 스타트업과 예비창업자, 청소년 트랙으로 나뉘어져 있으며 총 3차 심사를 거쳐야 최종 파이널까지 진출 할 수 있는 자격이 주어진다.
On December 2nd of 2017, at Launchup Final hosted at COEX exhibition center, Seoul, DUCOgen was awarded Grand Prize in the startup track. Launchcup is an exhibited contest for investment held every year, subdivided into 3 tracks consisting of- startup, pre-startup, and teenagers. Participating teams must go through 3 evaluation rounds to make it to the Final round.

DUCOgen had the privllege of exhibiting in Vietnam Int'l Maternityr Baby & Kids Fair 2017 in Ho Chi Minh City, November 2nd to 4th. DUCOgen got to drew large crowds, as we got to show off our VR Edutainment games and other education services. We were honored so many Vietnamese companies wanted to having a meeting with us, and learn about who we are and what we do.

DUCOgen had the joy of attending KVRF 2017, which took place in Digital Media City, Seoul, from September 16th to the 19th. 2017 세대융합창업캠퍼스 1등 수상
중소벤처기업의 세대융합창업캠퍼스에서 듀코젠이 178개팀 중 1위로 선정되었다. 그로 인해 듀코젠은 세대융합창업캠퍼스로부터 여의도에 위치하고 있는 창업공간을 제공 받으며 연구개발비를 지원 받게 되었다.
In the SME Generation Bridging startup campus, DUCOgen was awarded 1st place out of 178 teams. As the 1st place team of the competition, DUCOgen was provided startup office space in Yeouido and research & development funding.

In 2017, during September 12th to 14thon. DUCOgen attended MWCA 2017 that took place in San Francisco, under Smart Content Pavilion. We had a great, meaningful time at the MWCA 2017, exhibiting our various education platforms and services to San Francisco. In addition to introducing DUCOgen to America, DUCOgen formed new global partnerships, before coming back home to Seoul.
본 대회에서 듀코젠은 가상현실 교육 생태계 구축을 목표로 가상현실 콘텐츠 실행 플랫폼과 사용자 맞춤형 가상현실 교육 콘텐츠, 교육콘텐츠에 적합한 가상현실 전용 장비를 개발하고자 한다.
In the contest, DUCOgen got to showcase its vision to create a Virtual Reality education ecosystem including platform for the contents, machine learning and curation to suggest the VR education contents the user needs, and VR hardware customized for education for the K-12 audience.
